Does the AI agent have a conversation limit?
The AI Agent price covers up to 500 conversations per month per client. Above that, our sales team will reach out to adjust the price.
Can I integrate with n8n or my own automation?
Yes. With API keys you create and look up contacts, opportunities and projects, and webhooks notify you in real time when a card changes stage or a lead is won. See the API docs.
Can the AI book appointments?
Today the agent sends the scheduling link so the lead can pick a time. Direct calendar integration is on the roadmap.
Who pays for messages on the official WhatsApp API?
On the official API, Meta charges for template messages, which are the ones used to start conversations. Meta bills them directly to the WhatsApp Business account of the connected number.
